Hey it’s the last Tuesday of the month and that means it’s our monthly Design team Blog hop.
Today since I couldn’t think of a theme since the whole month I was thinking Easter was this last Sunday, until I actually looked at the calendar, silly me. So instead of doing an Easter theme like we prolly should of done, and instead we did it last month, yeah I’M A GOOF. Well My amazing Momma’s Birthday was last week and since I did Finals and schoolwork all day on her birthday, we actually celebrated it today. So My Lovey Designers have made some birthday cards.
My Mom is my Rock, she is everything that keeps me sane and sometimes drives me insane. We may fight but in the end everyone I know looks at my relationship with my mom and wishes they had that. My mom and I can talk about anything and everything. And if it wasn’t for her I would of never got my craft blog and even began crafting. So I wish my Momma a Happy Birthday and I love you!
Today for her Birthday, I made us some Roasted Veggies, and some marinated Chicken Look below for the recipes.
For my Card I used paper from Fancy Pants,
My mom loves teal, it’s one of her fav colors.
The base is a light pink
The card measures 5 by 5
The teal corrugated paper measures 4.75 by 4.75
The teal chevron measures 4.25 by 4.25
I used the Champagne chevron ribbon, which can be foundhere!
I also used some Pink Seam binding ribbon.
The stamp is from Scrappy Moms from the inside out.
I used Lagoon Ink from Close to my heart.

You will need:
1-2 stalks of Celery
1 pack of Broccoli florets from the produce section
1 Red pepper
1 Green pepper
1 Yellow Onion
1 pack of long green beans from the produce section
4 red Potatoes
1 bag of baby carrots
A1 stake sauce
Cut up your veggies in chunks
I like to cut them in fairly big chunks because I don’t like celery, onion or peppers and that way I can pick them out.
Mix ¼ cup of oil, ½ tsp of each salt, white and black pepper in a bowl. Toss in you veggies and put in to a baking pan, careful this grows when you add your veggies I used and 11 by 15 pan.
Drizzle some more oil over the top of the veggies and put in a 400 Degree oven for 15 mins, toss the veggies, and cook for 15 mins
Repeating the cook and toss until potatoes are soft,
After 30 mins Mix 1/3 cup of A1 and 1/3 cup of water and drizzle over the veggies.
And continue to cook.
When the potatoes are soft you’re done.
The green beans and the broccoli will get a little crispy.
Mix equal parts A1 and water. Add a bit of pepper and marinate your chicken breasts.
Place on a heated grill lined with foil and cook till done. Every 10 mins add more marinate to the chicken by brushing it on.
