Home Decor and More Hop

Welcome to the Home Decor & More blog hop presented by Cicily the Pink Dalmation Scrapper.

If you came from Esther ( http://forthejoyofcreating.blogspot.com/)then you're in the right spot. If not, then start at the beginning with Pink Dalmatian ( http://pinkdalmationscrapper.blogspot.com/ ).

DIY Home Decor is all the rage & now with tools like Pinterest we can be inspired & instructed on just about anything. So why not take those craft supplies & create something unique & decorative in our homes, inside or out? Sit back, relax, pin any & all inspiration & see what we've created!

For my project today I made another wreath
Yeah I made a wreath a few weeks ago.
But I made a new deco mesh wreath.
This ones a pretty bright baby blue and we will be hanging snow flakes in it for Christmas season.

this was 3/4 of the way done

finished but the true color isnt showing up

This one is made from 12 deco mesh, which you can find at Michaels with the Christmas stuff.
The form is a wire floral frame. I also used some silver wire to attach it to the frame.
Working with larger deco mesh isnt as easy at the 6inch rolls.
This one took 3 rolls of mesh a wire frame and a roll of silver wire.
I also used my Tim Holtz sissors. But thats it.
Start to finish about 2 hours. Most of the time I spend fluffing to get it looking good.
I might add white lights to this one and hang it in front of our window for the holidays but dunno yet.
Enjoy

Thanks for stopping,

Now on to the next decor item at Jearise (http://lorbysworld.blogspot.com)
If you get lost along the way, here is the full lineup.
